David Burke
Dr David Burke graduated from the University of Greenwich and studied for his PhD at the University of Greenwich and the Centre for Russian & East European Studies at the University of Birmingham, which included five months study in the Soviet Union. He has taught at the Universities of Cambridge, Greenwich, Leeds, Salford. His books include The Spy Who Came in From The Co-op: Melita Norwood and the Ending of Cold War Espionage (Boydell, 2008); The Lawn Road Flats: Spies, Writers and Artists (Boydell, 2014); and Russia and The British Left: From The 1848 Revolutions to The General Strike (I. B. Tauris, 2018).
